I used GR to fix a piece of siding that had blown off in a storm. For many companies this project would have been too small, but GR quoted it immediately and schedule the repair. I was very happy with their responsiveness, professionalism and the quality of the work. I would use them in the future and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I utilized GR Exteriors for a complete roof and gutter replacement from hail damage. The estimate was fair and comprehensive and covered all the items noted by the insurance adjuster, and was approved by my insurer quickly. They also moved up the replacement work earlier due to good weather so we did not have to wait. The work was professional and was accomplished in two days. They also installed gutter guards at a very reasonable price. Probably the most notable things besides their very professional work is that they clean up after themselves in a very comprehensive manner, gathering nails, shingle parts, and the various debris with a roof tear off and replacement. I am very satisfied with the new roof, gutters and downspouts, and have also recommended them to my neighbors for their workmanship and reasonable pricing, and some have also used them with excellent results.

GR Exteriors did an excellent job on a complex project for our 4-unit townhome building. In addition to replacing 2 layers of existing shingles with a new roof, GR removed and rebuilt the entire roof decking as it was too deteriorated to salvage. They also replaced our 5" gutters with 6" inch gutters and downspouts/extensions, and installed gutter protection. Foreman Rafael and crew used their extensive knowledge and skill to do a painstakingly thorough job using top quality materials. Their work ethic was exceptional. Starting at sunrise, they worked until sunset on most days. They did a careful job cleaning up the work site and grounds. At project's end, Rafael did an inspection with two building officers, after which GR returned to fix a couple of small items. Throughout the project, Rafael was on site and accessible. He provided updates, answered questions and flagged issues our building association needed to address. He was articulate, polite and personable. I can highly recommend GR Exterior's work and team.

I hired GR Exteriors to do two smaller jobs to replace siding and roofing projects. I was very impressed with their workmanship, professionalism, and work ethic. Very pleased with the jobs and the cleanup too. They are a family based business which I enjoyed working with. I would recommend them.
